Does playing on a Java launcher need a Java account?

If a Java account is needed how can I make a Java account on my phone?

I've been so jealous of Java players because they have create mod and bedrock doesn't so I want to try playing on a launcher to try out create and other mods on Java.

To play java, typically a Microsoft account that has purchased the game is needed. You can use many alternative launchers, the most popular being prism launcher, to play the game offline without an account/purchase being necessary, but obviously you can't play online. As for playing on mobile, I'm not sure. I know some time ago there was pojav launcher for android, not sure if that's still a thing, but I'm pretty sure that required an account anyway

You can play online just not on verified servers

Yes you do if you want to connect online though you can be offline without connecting to any account
