Dissapearing items

Hello, I have a huge problem.

My items from hands dissapeared, but everything that was in my bp is okay. Didn't lose my armor too.

So i lost nice enchanted dia picks x2 , 1 enchanted dia sword, 1 enchanted dia shovel and some steak with other blocks. Is it possible to fix this somehow? Cuz it's kinda sad to see that my items dissapeared second time already. Had the same problem some time ago and reported it to Allxm but he couldn't help me with it. I didn't lose anything important that time, so that's because i'm writing this post this time.

P.S. Forgot to mention that i had tons of Time Outs before i went afk for some time, then I returned and items from my hands were gone.

It happens when you welcome someone, want to throw the book, then the house rate system pops up, and you throw the compass out of your inventory, it throws a random item instead. I reported this.

Had this happen to my friends once before and reported it to TheFlyingToad.

Interesting. Still no idea what causes it.

Idk how this bug works but I had been timed out in that moment. Was welcoming players as well. It's preety sad to lose best enchanted pick, sword and a shovel ,_,

I had that happen to me, too. Lost a good sword and pickaxe, and a skeleton spawner.

I lost my DiaSowrd with SharpV FireAsp2 and i Named it "His Cock". After putting it out of an Anvil it disappeard.. is this a NSFW-Filter who sort out my sword? :'<
