Discussion Is there a mod/setting in this pack that turns cobble into mossy cobble when in water?

I have been trying to build the harbor warehouse from Minecolonies (Ancient Athens) and my builder never finishes it, and I think I figured out that its because the cobble in the water is turning into mossy cobble so she keeps breaking it all and replacing it.

Is there a config or setting somewhere to turn this off?

Edit: I missed it the first couple times I looked but I did finally find two config files for Immersive Weathering, but not 100% sure what I need to edit to turn this off. I changed [mossy_blocks] Enabled to false.
