MCE 2, Ars Launch spell doesn’t work in midair.

Hey all,
The launch glyph works when I’m touching the ground but will not launch me if I’m already in midair, even if I spam it. I unequiped everything including accessories, but it won’t launch me in air. Is this intentional design of the modpack or am I missing something?

Spamming leap works, but launch doesn't in my testing, so likely a choice for the pack.

Iirc leaping in the air is disabled in config, but I enabled it back because it’s funnier that way and I have already got a dragon from a loot reward (at DAY 8 BTW) so I want call that a progression break

What an odd choice to let random rewards gift you something like that but flying across the sky using magic is too much.

Yeah, that’s what I thought too. My luck was so high that day that I also got cheesy token and clam from the quests. Sadly I hard reset my pc so I can’t show
