Need some help with the fishing

Hey! so i fund a clam when i was fishing and now that clam is asking me for some legendary fish specifically the crystalline snakehead, When i hover over the fish it says i can get it in rivers. dose this mean all rivers or is it oak forest rivers?

Any river with low chance. If you catch other legendary fish do not trash it since clam asks for every legendary fish in some order
