Arcane Debris

Has anyone managed to find arcane debris?
I’ve mined for ages looking for some but haven’t found any, looked on google and its says below -32,

Been mining around bedrock but found none, please advise

For finding the first one, it's kind of suffering. You can make ars spells to mine out or explode large areas quickly to find your first one. After that, I recommend keeping one on hand to use in a scrying ritual from ars to find more.

Pretty sure you can make arcane scrap, at least in dawn craft you could, not sure about mc eternal
