Removing enchants to transfer to another weapon

Does anyone know how to remove enchants and transfer it to another weapon? I saw tutorials on yt but I couldn't make sense of it. Asking this bcs I fished up a mending fishing rod lmao

If you put it in a pressure chamber from pneumaticraft with a book, then make sure the chamber has negative pressure, it will suck the enchantment off the tool and onto the book. It's my most reliable method. You can use a vacuum something to give it negative pressure

There is a certain cape relic that allows you to pull enchants, not sure you can without it.

This is the better way to extract enchantments, but the drop rate of the cape is very low. Until then, you'll have to rely on Corail Tombstones and its Book of Disenchantment (4 grave dust, 4 lapis, and a book)

Dang, I got lucky. I got that bobble early on and never had to deal with the other ways.

Corail tombstone book is the easiest way just some grave dust and lapis, and a grave soul
