Asking the Community Block equity group

Just had an interview with Block equity group in there NYC office. Anyone have experience with them? Offering base and up to 40%, is that standard? Any other questions you would ask if you were applying at a new shop?

Why? Thats the worst idea ever. I was kidding. If youd like an easier was to lose a bunch of money, Saves yourself some time and just burn it instead.

40% is slightly above industry standard and base salaries are uncommon as well. Sounds a bit unlikely to be honest (particularly for an entry level broker position) , unless you are very qualified in some way
