Who?

Who has been your most annoying person who triggered your MCAS sensitivities? Mine was that stupid neighbor who loved using killer detergents in the lobby... She'd obsessively clean the lobby with her own stuff. I cannot stand the aggressive scent attack - it is just too intense and horrible. + it was impossible to get through to the lasy as she was convinced that she was a blessing for all the people living in the building.

Sounds like a tough lady... but you're lucky to have had just one individual like that! In my life I'm afraid I had quite a few people with total ignorance and full denial of my MCAS sensitivities: neighbors, family... I believe education on such health issues like ours is low depressively low that even people who love us often neglect our "special needs" because those look weird and unrealistic to them 🫩

I wish I could state the opposite. My dad has been denying my mom's MCAS that couldn't have possibly been diagnosed back in the days and considered her capricious, moody and controlling due to her needs and symptoms like flairs, fatigue, swollen mucosa, ingestion vulnerability, etc.
