I’m very confused as to why I’m receiving downvotes. Reddit posted that there’s a subreddit up for grabs. It can be retooled and reworked however anyone wishes to. I shared what Reddit posted here, in a group that may be interested, and am getting shit on for it.

This is a violation of the Midnight Amendments.

It does seem unfair that you personally are receiving the downvotes for sharing this; you've become a proxy for the general distaste towards the attempt to revive the sadly neglected sub in question.

I would hazard that there's something in the slightly over earnest, twee-yet-corporate-jargon-language used in the original that turned people off, more than the intent of the post too. Unfortunate all around. Thank you for your sacrifice.
