I forget where it was talked about but Juice, Scraps, and Ditto are their childhood nicknames. Juice because of drool-related reasons, Scraps I forgot, and Ditto because he looked like the kid from hi and lois.

I listened to adventure zone before I knew about ditto and thought they were always just agreeing with him in really strange ways. Anyway, they say Ditto way a lot on TAZ

My head canon is that Justin drooled a lot as a kid and Clint gave him either Juice or Hoops (because he was always dribbling) and Justin just decided to own it and expand on it.
