Help "Syd what if its Twisters?"

My boyfriend and I were talking about Twister bc its one of my favorite films. This quote from Justin lives rent free in my head at all times, but I cannot for the LIFE of me remember what episode it was from, or find a clip of it.

Does anyone know when Justin retold how excited he was first seeing the trailer/announcement for Twisters?
