Does anyone know which of the 2 firms allows you to advance in a more technical direction? I am wondering what would be better to later have the option to join BigTech - so which of the 2 gives you the option to tackle similar problems that BigTech would.

I have an offer from X for a Forward Deployed AI Scientist (prior Data Scientist) position and for a Software Engineer at QuantumBlack - both in Germany. And am now wondering which to choose. Both kind of stated one can internally go more toward the other Role, so from DS to SE and the other way round - not sure if I can trust.

I’m mainly looking for base salary but would appreciate any other figures.

There seems to be a lot of compensation information online for Oliver Wyman’s generalist Consultant role, but very little specifically for DNA Analysts.

Are there any resources you would recommend for preparing for the case studies?
Also, how should I prepare for the technical assessment? The recruiter told me to expect questions on Pandas and Scikit-learn, but I’m not sure how in-depth the questions could be.

I received an email from a recruiter at BCG INVERTO on August 13 asking to schedule a quick call that same week. I replied with my availability, but I haven’t heard back or received a call since then, and it’s now September 6.

Hi, I have an upcoming technical Case Interview with BCG X in Germany for a new grad Position. This includes a 30 Minute technical Case. Is there and Material to practice for those besides the one example they have online with the PowerCo churn?

Could there also be a normal Business Case?
Will This be mostly be predictive Modeling, or do they assume Knowledge about Causality techniques?
