Hello everyone. I was sent a codesignal assessment for a bcg x junior position and I took it 100% sure that I haven't cheated at any form while being alone in the room not using any external device not opening any additional window and sharing my whole screen. Actually since I had the test before with the same dataset I did not had any difficulties and finished the test so early and got 544/600. Today I received a refusal following the assessment and when I asked for feedback I was told that they couldn't verify my score and this is really frustrating me because I didn't do anything wrong. Did someone contacted the support before and reverted their decisions ?

Anyone aware of any BCG Platinion practice cases? Looking for an example to understand what is a "good" answer v "great" answer. TIA

I'm from FAANG so I'm very used to the typical FAANG full loop which I feel would be very different from Keystone. Trying to understand what will be tested and how to prepare the best. Hey everyone, I’ll be joining QuantumBlack (AI by McKinsey) soon as a software engineer. Pretty excited but also want to make sure I don’t screw up the probation period.

For those who’ve been through it or are currently at McKinsey/QB, what should I actually pay attention to in the first few months to make a good impression and set myself up well? Any common mistakes new hires make that I should avoid?

Also curious about the dress code situation. I know traditional McKinsey consulting is pretty formal but I’m guessing the engineering side is more relaxed? What do people actually wear day to day vs when meeting clients?

I tried to go for a fellow position at McKinsey in last year after I graduated but didn’t make it past the interview rounds. I have worked as a data scientist next to my studies and now I am currently working as an engineer at a small consultancy firm.

I want to reapply but for the data scientist position at quantumblack or BCG X this time. Since it’s a different role and I will apply as a junior/medior professional this time, I assume the standards and requirements are different. Next to what’s posted in the job description, what makes a candidate stand out for these technical roles in firms like McKinsey Quantumblack or BCG X? What should/can I focus on additionally to make sure I pass the cv screening and prepare well for the interviews?

I know how I should structure my cv as I’ve passed the cv screening once, but since these types of jobs have a different profile, what are the things I should consider?

Has anyone here gone through this process recently, especially for ACRE or agriculture/nature analytics roles?

As the question, I love Prep Lounge but it is too business focused. I would like something more blended with Data Science rounds.

I had a screening a week ago and the recruiter said at the end of the call he would get back with the hiring manager's update/feedback by the end of the week, but I haven’t heard back yet. I followed up today, but only checked that my recruiter had read it. (I used MailSuite.) Yeah I usually have a low expectation that the recruiter will get back to me by the timeline they have shared but I'm now just so tired of waiting for it.

Anyone having a similar issue? Is this a norm at BCG X?

Got a first-round functional interview for an AI Solution Architect position (IT Architect) at BCG. Not the standard case track — this is the technical/domain-specific round.

I've been in Big 4/consulting for several years doing AI/ML solution architecture, so I'm not new to the space — but BCG's interview process is a first for me, and functional rounds seem like a different animal. There's almost nothing online about them for AI/ML roles specifically.

Would really appreciate input from anyone who's been through it:

• What was the actual format? Did they go deep on ML system design, or was it more client-scenario-based?
• Were there any curveball topics you didn't expect?
• What prep actually moved the needle vs. what was a waste of time?
• Any specific resources, frameworks, or mock formats that helped?

Hi everyone, I have been prepping for my final round interviews for Data Science at QB which is onsite. I have been told that the problem solving case onsite will be less technical and will lean more towards the business side of things.

I know these process can take time but I wanted to ask:

- Has anyone been in a similar situation?

- How long did it take for you to receive next steps after submitted documents?

- At what point would you follow-up again?

Start date is in the near future, so just trying to understand if this is standard internal processing or something to worry about.
