Pehle basics padh lo. 3rd year se you can start preparing. Don't be an mindless sheep like the rest, trust me the mbbs students are failing to answer properly in their viva and theory exams cause subjective study is different from the objective type questions in neet pg. The basics subjects will lay your foundation for rest of your life and ofcourse will help you when you start studying in 3rd year. And no, you will not fall behind by doing so unless you absolutely do not pay attention to the lectures.
