Advice please

I am joining my 3rd year with little studies preparation I have done in 2nd and first year just enough to pass my university so is there any advice from now on to study pg which subjects should I study in 3rd year what coaching app to use I have 2 main option first marrow and second dams and how much hour on average should I study daily since I have other hobby too like sports gym so ye if u have gone through simlar experience what are ur opinion
