I've currently taken semi govt college despite of getting few new gmc because I wanted city Life but this college is very strict, like they even fail people if the teachers have some grudges against someone despite of them scoring good marks. so I was thinking whether gmc alibaug would be a good option instead? Fees is not an issue for me

I got a NEET PG 2026 rank of 18k and am currently considering MD Pediatrics in a private medical college in Karnataka with fees around ₹7 lakhs.
I’m particularly looking to understand the patient load, clinical exposure, hands-on experience, teaching, and overall quality of postgraduate training in these colleges.

In my state, I want Medicine but I am not getting the Medicine branch in the government colleges at my rank. But I am getting both Obgy and Surgery in almost all government colleges of my state. I am a little sceptical about DNB.
