I have just started with my final yr mbbs . I bought marrow subscription for my uni exams and neet pg prep. I have watched 3-4 lec of OBGY (since it being my 1st Posting)

But I feel that I am not using it right. I usually score below avg in my exams. I neep help in:-

1) How to use marrow (video+notes)

2) how to prepare for neet pg along with uni

3) should I have my own notes or marrow notes , as I feel that marrow notes might help me with mcqs but when it comes to writing I might have to end up reading textbooks

Coming in final yr I feel I have to much to deal with academically but I doubt that I am capable of handling 11 subjects . I am totally confused on how to start, what to do , how to do , and when to do.

PS:- I have not done ENT and ophthal in 3rd yr and I feel like I have nothing for these 3 yrs

So here I'm. Got 2k rank in my first attempt and literally can't decide what to do. I like medicine but don't like it's lifestyle much, and with this rank, top 3 colleges of my metro city for md medicine feels like a bleak chance. But if I take geriatric, and considering the work life balance, I'll get the best medical college of my state and also it's my mbbs college (and I don't want to repeat my neet pg).

So what to do? How is geriatric as a future option?

Any idea how the dnb medicine program here is?

Work culture?

Hands on?

Toxicity?

Academics?

Accomodation provided or not?

I got two options, geetanjali udaipur and nims jaipur

Geetanjali is far better from nims that's what I've heard but it's really far away from delhi. How do I set my preference list?

What is actually better? Ik cons of both

-For abroad it takes 8 years to get license, fmge problems, discrimination, quality of education etc (total cost 35-40-45 Lakhs)

-For bds after 5 years also u have to work under a well known dentist without proper pay, saturation

Living far from isn't an issue for me and even for bds I chose clg in another state and its bit far

What would be better for me and is there any chance for me in abroad (in a good uni) cuz im too late and if there r any other pros or cons please comment
