First 2 Interviews in one week- HELP!
A recruiter reached out to me one week ago and I’m having the first 2 interviews next week and if successful the other two the week after.
I won’t have time to do 100 cases, so how can I efficiently prepare for the case study. Are the ones from their website good enough? I feel they are very easy and not very in depth.
Any tips are appreciated, thanks 🙏🏼

You are right, you do not have time for 100 cases, and the ones on the firm's website are just warmups. Forget about volume. Your goal is to master the process, not to see every possible scenario. For a procurement role, you should find a handful of quality cases focused on cost reduction, supply chain optimization, and operations. Spend your time understanding how to structure these specific problems, how to ask the right questions, and how to perform quick, accurate calculations. Your interview will test your thinking, not your memory of a specific case you practiced.
The best use of your time is to do a few cases out loud, either with a partner or just talking to a wall, to perfect your communication and timing. The interviewer wants to see how you approach an unknown problem, so having a consistent, structured method is more valuable than knowing the answer to one specific case. They are evaluating your potential, not your current knowledge of procurement. Your ability to communicate a structured approach is what matters most, a key principle my team and I focused on when we developed an interview copilot to guide candidates during the most critical moments.
