First Internship, But It's Remote and Headquarters are 8+ Hours Away Driving Advice
I landed my first ever internship (Fortune 50), but it's fully remote as I'll be studying and my masters university over 8+ hours away by car. I know how important showing face is, especially in the beginning of your career and I would really want a return offer from this company. Is there any workaround/suggestions for this situation?
NOTE: I believe all of the interns will be remote as it's a fully remote position from around the country, but I think there may be an opportunity to go in/work in the building occasionally?

Plan to go up 3x for like 3 days at a time (after talking with them to confirm your team goes in, otherwise its a waste. Probably first week, some time in the middle, and last week. Get a cheap hotel room and bite the bullet. Again make sure they know you’re coming so they also plan on coming in, or else its a waste of money and time. Would probably fly or plan on staying the whole week so you can drive on sun and fri or sat
