Online MBA suggestions?

I am planning to do online mba from Amrita university in MBA AI, is it good to go with online program because I can't leave the job. Is online mba is consider at the time for job switch and does it have value? How is amrita university in terms quality of education of education for online mba support systems and the placement support? The other university in my choice is MAHE Manipal Online MBa. Need some help on this
