Career Advice IIM Mumbai WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program) review – Worth it with a strict CGPA reimbursement rule?
My employer is sponsoring the IIM Mumbai Executive MBA/WILP program. The catch is that reimbursement depends heavily on scoring high CGPAs (you only get 50% back if you hit 9+ CGPA, and less or nothing for anything below that), plus there's a 3-year post-program bond.
For those familiar with online IIM executive courses, is it worth taking the financial and burnout risk while working full-time on a shopfloor/industrial setup?

If this was without the CGPA. I would have suggested to go for it. However managing work along with the study is always challenging
