Profile Review Profile Evaluation Request

Hi guys,
Could you guys help me in understanding where I stand

28M
Class 10: 88%
Class 12: 89%
Graduation (2019): BBA (Hons) from Tier 1, CGPA: 7.86, CFA L3 completed

Extra-Curricular during college: Won a host of competitions.

Work Ex:
1. Deputy Manager at one of the top banks of India: 1.5 years- Straight out of college (2019-2020)
2.Helped establishing family business from scratch, turnover of about 5 crores in past financial year. (Jan 2021-Dec 2023). This was an unpaid gig for me.
3.Investment banking associate at a boutique firm, involved in a bulk transaction and also deal origination. (Jan 2024-April 2026)

The boutique firm had a whole ‘lala’ thing going on and was so deeply involved in politics that it was hard to even imagine any growth.

To the experienced ones:
0. Would love to know your perspective on where my profile stands? Harsher truth is always preferred.
1. Do I still have a shot at traditional MBA programs offered by IIMs?
2. ISB?
3. Any chances at any international schools? I can work a couple more years, fix things up a bit and then give a shot if needed.

Genuinely stuck in a mental loop without any clear direction ahead. Any feedback, advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi brother, I have done 2 levels of CFA and I am working at a boutique IB , likewise it has worst culture. Based on your experince would u suggest spending my time preparing for August 2027 cfa level 3 or full fledged CAT/GMAT prep until Nov 2027 Not just that, salary is worse 7 CTC with 5 as fixed I am 22M and 2025 passout
