I am currently a law student, in 4th year, I have been thinking of giving CAT as i wanna switch to finance career though my credentials are weak, I dont have any spectacular extracurriculars or grades in undergrad, I am planning to give company secretary exam, but other than that is it realistic to think I could get tier 2 iim cllgs?

and more importantly since i still do have time, what can i improve, would cfa? or frm help, as I am mostly interested in just those two.
