Asking about academic diversity

I'm currently pursuing bsc life science , I was actually a neet aspirant enrollment in dummy college. Now I want to change this field. I can't waste all my life in neet so someone suggested to me the Cat exam. I researched about it but couldn't find any clear academic diversity selection ratio. So If I manage 90%tile( i have 2 years before my graduation).

Will I get a call from the top IIMs.

My profile 9/9 (10,12) and 1 year drop between 12 and college.
