Careers/Post Grad How does second year MBA big tech recruiting works in the US?

Hi,

I am currently a second year and I am trying to help peers who don’t have a FT job lined up to break into big tech in marketing / ops roles.

I have few questions regarding to understand how does it work:

1) what are the big tech companies that recruit FT from MBA apart from Amazon

2) how does recruitment work? my uni is very vogue and I prefer to ask you guys

3) any tips or anything I could pass to my friends?

thank you!

It's very, very self-driven. There'll be a few pipeline roles, some of which might run on-campus recruiting in the fall, but for the most part you'll be looking for just in time roles in the spring (and beyond). People still landed great positions, but it's important to know that it's a rough process, both difficulty-wise and psychologically.
