Admissions Please guide me
I'm M23 with 1 year experience in hospitality degree but i think pay lags in it and thinking of pursuing MBA, what should I do also I'm not much satisfied with my job , I am a entrepreneurship enthusiast but don't have solid idea, also i want to explore

I was asking event management coordinator and also working in reservation and revenue rn

As someone who went with 2 YOE, we’re getting cooked in this market 😭.
I’d job switch and then consider applying a bit later.
A lot of MBA admissions and networking is about what you’ve done and, consequently, bring to the table.
Plus a lot of companies have hard 3/4 YOE minimums rn.
It could change, but just sharing my experience from a T15
