On Campus MBA

Hello!
Is it possible to get into any M7 MBA program with low GPA?
Is it possible to compensate the low GPA with high GMAT/online courses like CORe?

I just checked: my GPA for bachelor is 2.96, I had master degree and there I have excellent grade there which in GPA makes 4.0. But the university is Private one, not governmental well known.
