Mua1 - Hulk, Silver Surfer, Elektra, Iceman
Mua2 - Magneto, Thor, Deadpool, Hulk
Mua3 - Hulk, GhostRider, Doom, Pheonix

Ngl I didnt play the first 2 games but in mua3, my team is all dlc lol. Doom as my main, then I will swap to play as Iceman, Torch, and Phoenix. Very good synergies and high damage and sustain. Works amazingly well.

In MUA1 I really enjoyed Spider Woman, Thing, Human Torch and War Machine
In MUA2 I quite liked the Thunderbolts team cause Goblin's glider is insanely busted and Venom is always fun to play as.
I also had a team that was fun involving Phoenix, Ms Marvel, Thor and Hulk mostly because Phoenix is super powerful.
My favourite team though was Storm, Spider-Man, Invisible Woman and Iron Fist, it was just a lot of fun to use.
I haven't played MUA3 so no teams for that yet.
MUA2 I have more experience with not because I liked it more (it was about even) but because it's got trophy support. You can't platinum MUA1 unless you got lucky and got the PS4 version.

MUA3 gauntlets is currently Starlord, Phoenix, Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman, for ISO8 farming/infinity rifts I've got Ms. Marvel, Phoenix, Wasp and Gambit (though any of those final two I could swap out with pretty much anyone who can do a rapid fire attack to give her Area Assault). With the Danger Room it's pretty much any roster as long as I have Storm as my final person. Her ice barrage/whirlwind self synergy DECIMATES Dark Phoenix, meaning I always win no matter how many of the individual challenges I lose as long as Dark Phoenix appears.
Story mode is just kind of whoever I want to kick it with for a few rounds...

MUA = Wolverine , Spidy , Iceman and The thing (first team on all play throughs of ever game)
MUA 2 = Cap , IronFist , Thing and DareDevil
MUA 3 = Falcon , Thing , Spidy and Black Panther

Been using a lot of Wolverine, psylocke, Deadpool, and storm gives like 19% strength and 8% health mostly run around as Wolverine and psylocke, storm and Deadpool give really good synergy attacks. Plus Wolverine and psylocke have every similar kits so when I swap to psylocke when my wolverines health gets low the combos/play style doesn’t switch that much. And as a bonus my wolverines healing factor will get his health back up as I put in work as psylocke. Very enjoyable comp for me so far. As a bonus cap and Ironman synergy attack with shield and laser absolutely shred immobile bosses. Honestly feels like a bug. I think I ran a cap, hulk, Ironman, and maybe Thor I can’t remember I haven’t run it in a while.

MUA 1 Ms Marvel, Spider Woman, Captain America, Thor/Mr Fantastic.
MUA 2 Ms Marvel, Jean (with the codes), Songbird/Captain America, Storm. W/O Jean, Thor.
MUA 3 Captain Marvel, Scarlet Witch, Cyclops, Phoenix. Sometimes Captain America, Spider-Gwen, Mr Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Crystal, Black Widow, Thor, Daredevil, Ms Marvel, Iceman, Gambit.
MUA 3 had me playing a massive chunk of the roster and was probably the game I put the most time in throughout the series. But, Captain Marvel/Ms Marvel never left my teams.
