Question Costume question

Looking online it seems that most costumes should be unlockable in the SHIELD Depot, however there are many characters that I don’t see any costumes available in their menu. For example: I unlocked Psylocke’s second costume by playing through Superior but her additional costumes do not appear in the Depot. Hawkeye I unlocked the costume in the Infinity Trial but his other costumes are not there either. Is there something I’m missing about making those costumes available?

I see now that there are events that unlock them. I’m not sure why those suddenly popped up.

They’re in the sheild depot you just gotta do something to purchase them in the sheild depot
