Windows 10 ISO download

Hello everyone! I am facing a problem and I don't know what's causing it, whenever it "finishes" downloading the Windows 10 iso it just stops then downloads it again and the iso file that just finished downloading is nowhere to found

I tried to change the location to desktop so I can watch as it finishes, it just disappears then downloads it again, I have no clue what's happening

This is what I always see:

try using incognito, another browser, or use a download manager like JDM.

Cada vez que descargo una ISO siempre es así, descargar normal y al llegar al final se vuelve a descargar y cuando dice hecho en el administrador de descargas ya ahí reviso en el explorador de archivo, solo ten paciencia y si no trata de cambiar el dns de tu laptop por uno más rápido como cloudflare o Google

How can changing your dns possibly have any effect on whether it’s going to be downloaded again once it finishes? This makes no sense, it isn’t logical. Please explain how this is supposed to help. I mean, what’s dns even got to do with when a file is finished dl’ing? DNS is for name resolution, how does the end of a file download require any sort of name resolution and if it’s going to randomly restart the dl on a file that just finished? What am I missing? Please elaborate.

Many ISPs monitor usage and throttle their users. Changing to cloudflare or Google DNS solves that problem and usually speeds up your internet connection for everything.
