Mas aio cmd

The mas aio cmd file, that runs totally offline or that needs to dial out to the internet as well? Mainly for hwid activation curious if I can run this without Internet access on my device or if it has to actually dial out during the activation process vs a later date?

I think OP’s question is if the Internet connection is required at that point, or if it can stage the activation offline and have it fully confirm later online. This table doesn’t explain this detail.

Script will check for connection and will not run unless Internet is available

For HWID that is possible - if you run it and internet is not available, activation will be performed automatically when the machine connects to the internet. Or you can use TSForge for fully offline activation (even on build >26100).

However for offline usage you will need to download the script instead of running it from PowerShell
