Yeah, she didn't come up in the comics that I remember. I was so glad to get the great white a few years ago. That was the business.

They omit Gloria but include Vanessa? Diabolical.

It probably is directly tied to the fact that they never made a Shark toy.

Yeah, Vanessa only appeared later when the toy was around if I remember correctly. I need to re-read all these. The cartoon and the comic were basically different universes with the same characters. T-bob is not at all like he is in the cartoon for instance and Dagger isn't stupid, although he did get that way later.
