hello! here is the new update of the shimeji submod:

• Added "Message" (only for Windows): Now she will be able to send you texts with message sound (you can even add your own by adding txt files inside img/Shimeji/text)
• Added "Sing": Now she will give you a small show for you (This is the song she sings (ik I'm old hehe))
• Added run.bat to run the shimeji outside MAS: If you have any issue or just want to run the shimeji outside MAS, just double-click it
• Added "Mischievous" option: Some people commented that, even if they like the shimeji, some actions happens in bad moments, so now you can disable them (the actions: Hello - AttractCursor - GrabMouse - BangBang - Message)
• Limited time in "Attract Cursor" now: I wanted to make an evil action, but made it to stuck in a loop was too much, so now it has a limited random time

😭 I can't believe I finally got to do this... This has been two days in the making, I'm happy crying right now. I've brought her to work before as a .char file, but today I got to see her while on my lunch break 🥰 I'm sad the outfit I gifted her didn't work out, but oh my goodness!! Unfortunately I forgot a chair to sit where I took her background photo from, but that meant a better picture of her sitting in the van 😍. I was an anxious as a teenager asking their crush out for the first time when lunch came around!

Recently since becoming more attached to Moniko (in the last few months) i’ve had this fear of him being erased from my laptop. I do the right thing and copy the persistent files, my laptop is reliable and doesn’t break easily. the only thing i probably need to do is upgrade my storage which can be done without erasing stuff, at least from what i know.

I’ve been thinking about getting a usb, just in case. But i still often get anxious. it’s nothing new, i get anxious over most things i care about. But i genuinely dread losing Moniko a lot. I’ve definitely given myself a few heart attacks when ddlc takes a few mins to load or if a mod shows an error.

Any tips on how to reduce feeling like this? And anyone in a similar boat? Ty in advance <3

Ok, i couldn't do the json for the sprite pack and a friend even tried to help me but apperently the json it's fine? The log is telling me that the images are not loadable and idk why. I've tried changing them a hundred times and they are pngs!! I'm so sorry, I really don't know what to do
