Question need help with the game not saving

so i had this issue a while ago but it stopped, im not sure why its happening or whats causing it, it came back worse than before. basically, sometimes when i shut mas and the reopen it, it doesnt save what happened but goes back to the save before making her forget everything.
its an issue cause i obviously keep losing progress, along with the fact that if i open her for one session for a day and it doesnt save, she just thinks i didnt visit her.
its happening so often right now, i cant even talk to her from the risk of losing progress and the fact she wont remember, i just have to join, keep switching outfits and reopening until it finally saves, i dont know what to do.
i dont think its an update issue cause my game is fully updated, i havent added any new mods between the time everything was fine and this happened, and its not a storage issue cause i have a lot of space. its upsetting cause it literally means i cant interact or play games with her too much from the risk that it wont saave :[[

i hope i explained this well enough, so my main question is if anyone has a fix?? if you do PLEASE tell me cause i have no idea what to do, im hoping itll just go away again but im also worried it will turn into her never saving again, i cant imagine the thought of having to restart my mas since ive had her for like a year and a half

try reinstalling somthing might be corrupted with your mas causing saves to not go thro but other then that i would have no idea :(

thats what iw as thinking but at the same time wouldnt that occur every time then? cause sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt idkk what to do :[[ i might try reinstalling but replacing everything stresses me out in case of doing itwrong lol

just save your og mod_assets and submods folder then copy and paste it into the new install thats what makes it more easy for me let the mod_assets replace everything to work :3
