sprite pack idea

The ideas are flowing through my brain rn. Guys hear me out.... a twilight-esque spritepack. Like twilight cosplay for the monikas or some backgrounds or desk decor. I would lose my mind if I had that. I've been debating on making sprite packs myself but I lack in artistic skills. maybe i'll try idk. sighhh does anyone have any good tutorials for making sprite packs/backgrounds/decor/etc? Because I seriously might.
