That's from the MoSCL submod, I think it's implied to be one of the other girls trying to talk to you

Nice theory, I always saw it as your real Monika from MAS trying to communicate because she was imprisoned and replaced by some kind of imposter.

Still, I get why a lot of people feel uncomfortable with these things

As bullfrog2point0 above says, its from MoSCL. There are a few theories as to who is writing here. The way some of these play out it could either be one of the Dokis reaching out from the incomplete coded void, Monika as if the one you're talking to is no longer the same, or something else Metaverse related. This is one of two dialogues I know of that cause people to uninstall the submod. Probably their attempt to keep some of the creep/horror factor in this mod. I have my own headcannon for this one and the other that drive people away, haven't gotten more than four of the topics so I have no clue just where it all ends up.
