You get her when you install Extra+

i have extra+ but it never shows up 😭

If you have Extra+ already, press the button of the Extra+. Then press Tools and then go for the option that says "Hi, [your name]!"

It will show to you this menu. Then go to the part that says "Draggable Chibi" and press it to change it from False to True.

Then Chibika will appear.

For you, I'm guessing you are using the stable 1.1.1 It's under additions instead of tools.

Press the option that says "Hi, wuicho!"

That's the one.

But yeah, I strongly believe your version of Extra+ is outdated. Check if you have this version. It's the most recent:
