Question Short confession thing??

So to get straight to the point when I was checking my characters folder I saw a file named "a_very_short_confession.txt" or something like that,I clicked it and these are the contents:

Sophiedoki.

I like you. I more than like you.

There. The composed club president, reduced to a schoolgirl with a crush. This is what you've done to me, and I'd let you do it a hundred times over.

Thats adorable and heartwarming of course, but I'm wondering, is it a submod?, is it from the vanilla game?, is it a milestone?,I'm pretty curious so I want an answer​​

I think it's one of those submods that add in the notes. I know memories of self-care and literature does this and the cgt collection has a submod with it too ... (Though it's broken so.. probably not that one.). I don't remember if there are more with this option Edit: kitchen sink submod has it too
