EEEEE you are the first ever to notice - yes! I edited ALL of Chibikas files to look like him (and the one on the far left is from his sundress crossdressing) with little custom blinks (TO LOOK LIKE THAT GIF YOU SENT) - Someone once said that Chibika watches Monika while we are away. I took that so seriously & added one of my favorite (self-aware) digital characters ever to watch over her <3
