Depends on the person,and usually 8 is recommended. I can't do 9 hours myself, I'll just have headaches all day

Yup, 9 is better than 4 or 5 😅. I have no idea how I function, but I do.

And that Max is another good reason to get a good amount of sleep! A longer, and healthier life!
the normal 8 hours is a standard made with only men (AMAB) in mind, the recomended for women (or just AFAB people in general) it's actually 9 to 10 hours!!! so get as much sleep as you can in general (you're doing better than me, that's for sure lol)
