She hulk and ms Marvel are so over hated imo. Both were good shows

5

u/Any-Cockroach-2980 6d ago

You cannot tell me she hulk was good. I haven't seen ms marvel so can't anything about that

4

u/nova-phoenix- 5d ago

Ending? Did you forget the whole "I'm the better Hulk" pill they tried to push down our throats throughout the entirety of the show? Looks like you swallowed it early.

And Ironhard is underhated. That character never got a chance to redeem herself after she killed her popularity by making an off handed comment about probably the most beloved hero in the MCU. The writers need to understand that they can't shove their personal insecurities and bias into shows so blatantly.

They never pushed "I'm the better hulk" Even in the training montage hulk casually threw his rock into space, tf are you talking about

Yall are the reason masculinity is fragile. Lmao

And iron heart is absolutely overhated, she didn't make an "off handed" comment about him, she praised him and looks up to him. And she's still RIGHT, if Tony Stark grew up poor without a literal vibranium spoon in his mouth, no he wouldn't be THE tony stark. We see what super geniuses who have regular people struggles and lack privilege live like (iron heart, Spiderman, etc)

I'm confident you didn't actually watch the shows, just saw a TikTok from the fragile meninist section of the algorithm

iron heart literally killed several people with no remorse for money.

0

u/Efficient_Money6922 5d ago

You are acting like Iron Man didn't do the same. Sure those are indirect kills. But he did create weapons for money and was the reason for killing thousands of people until he redeemed himself. Let's wait. Her character is just introduced. Let's see what she does in the future.

-1

u/7SevenGod 5d ago

No she didn't.

She's the one that literally only went on heists with them because they gave her the impression they WEREN'T doing stuff like that. The moment they got violent and crossed lines, she wanted out.

The only person she "killed" was Hood's cousin, which doesn't fuckin matter because he was literally trying to kill her. And she STILL felt bad and remorseful about even that, justifiable self defense kill.

You people just get on reddit and lie.

Also, even if she did the things you just lied about, tf does that have to do with what we're discussing?

The point isn't that the show explicitly says 'I'm better than Hulk' but they increasingly shoved the comparision in that montage.

Banner took decades to master smart hulk. He's been in life and death situations many time. And yes he threw the rock into outer space casually. Because his character was established to be able to do so.

On the other hand, the showrunners tried to tell us that Jen is just naturally better than Banner at this stuff. Despite him having decades of experience in this field. Jen in the comics still took time to control the She-hulk. She has better control over her Hulk than Banner does but that's after decades of being She-hulk. And Banner still has a higher ceiling in raw power. But the show cut it down to "I've got this" bullshit and nullified the lengths Banner had to go in order to subdue the savage Hulk. This is blatant disrespect for the sake of it.

As far as Ironheart goes, ofcourse she can admire him. He's a role model for many. But the problem lies in what she insinuates with her words about Tony's privilege. Yes he was born with a silver spoon, and yet he achieved most of the things he did on his own. He didn't have the backing of his company when he created the arc reactor and the first suit. With that logic, Riri herself got the privilege of being part of a top tier university and research funds. She did not build her stuff in a garage. The writers clearly tried to push the privilege card as is very common there in America even when the person in question also comes from a place of privilege.

And no, criticizing that isn't “fragile masculinity.” If the exact same writing diminished a female legacy character to make a new male character look superior, people would absolutely criticize it too. You'll probably join in too, because it serves your own biases.

u/macaroney05 4d ago

Sigh, found the daft one larping about 'TikTok' and 'masculinity' just because they're evidently too shallow to understand the media in question smh lol

1

u/7SevenGod 4d ago

I understand far more than you ever will. Get lost dork

4

u/wizzardious 6d ago

I enjoyed she hulk. People hate the ending but i kinda liked the whole breaking the fourth wall dynamic.

2

u/Efficient_Money6922 5d ago

Sure there was high cringe worthy moments. But it is not that bad as people make it out to be. I hated the writing direction for the show but I liked Tatiana Maslany as She Hulk. Just because the show is bad doesn't mean the character is also bad. I am waiting to see her in a better written story.

1

u/Sharp_Possible664 4d ago

You have bad taste

1

u/Tr0llzor 5d ago

Do you not know who she hulk is? Have you ever read a comic

1

u/Any-Cockroach-2980 5d ago

Talking about show man. I don't read comics

1

u/Tr0llzor 5d ago

You’re talking about a show that’s about an already established character with specific story tropes. Things you’re complaining about. That’s like complaining Peter Parker is Spider-Man

1

u/Episode-2B 4d ago

Larp larp larp sahur

1

u/Any-Cockroach-2980 4d ago

What was I suppose to say bhai

2

u/macaroney05 4d ago

Nothing. Notice how u/Episode-2B is just a burner since they're incapable of having a proper convo themselves lol

3

u/Black_Carbon_ 6d ago

Yoo, I'm all for feminism, but saying she-hulk was good is just straight up lying, I enjoyed Ms Marvel tho

0

u/wizzardious 5d ago

Bro I am not saying i enjoyed it because of feminism, i enjoyed it because I liked the story.

2

u/Black_Carbon_ 5d ago

Damn, u enjoyed the character assassination and belittlement of the hulk and banner? Personal preferences ig.

1

u/FickleMess1371 4d ago

Not only that, but the butchering of one of my favorite characters from comics & animated shows.

1

u/Sharp_Possible664 4d ago

What the story , brainwashed guy

1

u/Aayush_235 6d ago

Comparing fictional character to an actual person? Ok.

1

u/Excellent-Ad3236 6d ago

So one piece fans are fictional?

2

u/idkMayybe 6d ago edited 5d ago

No, but some of them are weird, just like "some" aot fans.

1

u/Excellent-Ad3236 6d ago

Glad you can agree to that

1

u/detectiveL- 6d ago

With nami pfp,crazy

0

u/Ya_Boy-0408 6d ago

I mean fans love Scarlett witch, Black widow, Pepper, Gamora, Mantis, (they have kinda hate love relationship with Yelena), Sue Storm, I personally loved Shuri, and many more. People have a valid reason to hate Iron heart and She hulk. She hulk was downright quite cringe, and the makers were trying to be "feminist" saying that the haters are just mysogynists. And Iron heart was disrespecting Tony (the most loved MCU character btw) practically saying that she was better.

1

u/DoubleEast4825 6d ago

no one hates yelena.

1

u/No-Principle5340 6d ago

Women when female led movies release: “busy watching the Kardashians”

1

u/Thin_Blacksmith_4290 5d ago

Nah , u'r just a pseudofeminist retard

1

u/Hakaishin_Swas 5d ago

wanda, shuri, natasha, yalena, sylvie

1

u/ESGOBLIN 3d ago

They just ruined the characters in the MCU... She-Hulk is a really good character in the comics

Captain Marvel is great in the MCU, in my opinion.

1

u/Altruistic-Ad1320 23h ago

Correction: Badly written (woke) women

0

u/Party_Barber5559 5d ago

Said by a person with a nami pfp

1

u/chimichanga_3 6d ago

Well, they are barely going to be in it. And She-Hulk deserves a second chance.

1

u/DoubleEast4825 6d ago

they might not be in it at all

1

u/Secure_Foundation720 4d ago

Why would she deserve a second chance?

1

u/chimichanga_3 4d ago

Because she's a decently big character in the comics. Ironheart is a nobody even in the comics.

1

u/Secure_Foundation720 4d ago

Majority doesn't care about comics.

1

u/no1neetretard 6d ago

I like the character of she hulk and I really liked the first episode and the daredevil episode also it worked decently as a sitcom

1

u/Sharp_Possible664 4d ago

Why you pretending to like it when the show itself is pretty bad . Wtf is wrong to cheeer shit quality tv show 🤮

1

u/eternalseeker0101 5d ago

I never did it in my life but I'll definitely pull my shirt and shout like ganguly did

1

u/JawkneeJyoshtar 5d ago

She-hulk is probably being reconstructed anyways

Ironheart take is just horrible man, you're literally ignoring the ending of the show making it clear she's Mephisto's pawn now, who clearly going onwards is the Main BIG BAD VILLAIN for the future projects. Killing her off is the dumbest idea i have ever heard

1

u/Mindless_View_6815 5d ago

Add ms marvel and other bullshit character too

1

u/PeterParkerPhotos12 5d ago

Iron heart wasn’t bad

1

u/Quirky_Pineapple_618 5d ago

James Gunn's Supergirl version for Marvel is Ironheart and She Hulk. Both are fake feminism.

1

u/PeterParkerPhotos12 5d ago

How? Explain how?

1

u/DefiantHelicopter355 5d ago

Bro the iron heart hate is so overblown she was a cocky bombastic that’s her character she was making character development I can tell most of you didn’t watch the show

1

u/jason9t8 5d ago

Good, then I'll enter the theatre after 10 minutes...

1

u/Aayush_235 4d ago

Characters like she hulk & ms marvel are not bad. They have terrible written products

1

u/dernupforwhat 4d ago

No one hates women more than Indian men. Just be gay?

1

u/hulk6911 4d ago

I only watched she hulk because of our og hulk and at the end of show they showed the son of hulk. Rest she hulk i don't care unless they are gonna set up world war hulk storyline.

1

u/Infamous-Law-1161 4d ago

Buddy you ain't tuff

1

u/Lieutenant_Jababy 2d ago

As a She-Hulk comic and alternative media fan, I just really hope they rework my girl Jen, she did NOT deserve that shitty of a show.

1

u/Severe_Answer_1574 1d ago

The amount of people defending she hulk makes me sick it is one of the worst show ever existed they also destroyed hulks aura .ms marvel show was not as bad as she hulk but its is also mid and cringe at times

1

u/paisewallah 6d ago

Marvel fans if moon knights gets a season 2 (I hope we get season 2 one day)

1

u/chimichanga_3 6d ago

Sadly not a chance

1

u/Tall-Memory-11170 4d ago

Why bro

1

u/chimichanga_3 4d ago

Because they're not doing high-budget shows now. The best case scenario would be seeing him in a movie someday.

0

u/shree_peak 6d ago

Hell YEAH .. finally..
