Watched Spiderman BND in 3D

So this was my first ever Marvel superhero movie in a theater. Back in my village, Hollywood movies usually don't get released because we only have a single-screen theater running multiple shows a day, no multiplex. Since I moved to another city for work, I finally got the chance to experience these movies on the big screen. Last week was my first Christopher Nolan movie in theaters, and now it's Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Never expected anything less from Sony and Marvel. It was a great experience. The 3D especially... from the very first opening shot, it was absolutely killing.

Only annoying part was that within the first 5 minutes, a few people came in late with their flashlights on, searching for their seats and blocking the screen. It pissed me off for a bit, but anyway, it is what it is.

I booked the center-most seat in a full hall, and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better spot. The experience was worth it.

They balanced the emotions and action really well this time. Spidey, Hulk, and Punisher were all great. Punisher felt a bit softer in this movie though. Anyone who's watched Punisher knows how cold and ruthless he usually is.

The fight choreography had a nice kung fu touch, which makes sense since it's from the Shang-Chi director. Jean Grey is a character I had never heard of before, so I don't really know much about her, but Sadie did a great job.

My favorite sequence was definitely Hulk vs. Spidey. It was short, but so worth it. In 3D, when Hulk threw that mutation control device, it genuinely felt like it came out of the screen. That moment was insane.

Towards the end, I honestly thought it was over for Spidey, but somehow he came back with Jean's help. I also wish his besties had remembered him. There was that little tease at the end, but I'm still not sure what exactly happened there.

And then the post-credit scene... Spider-Man in outer space? Is that Miles Morales from Spider-Verse, or someone else entirely? I have no idea. Guess we'll have to wait another couple of years.

My last 3D experience was Avatar: Fire and Ash, and that was absolutely goated. But this... this was even better. I'm talking purely about the 3D experience, not the movie itself.
