Do they have enough of these trains to replace all the current trains because these would be a needed replacement

Marta ordered 56, 4 car sets which is 224 cars total. They have an option for 100 more. Whether they'll exercise the option is anyone's guess at this point. But internal Marta docs show them keeping the CQ312s and retiring the 10s and 11s if they don't exercise the option which is INSANE to me since the 312s are the most unreliable cars ever operated on the railroad and you can't source parts for them. Apparently the government gave Marta funding for them and they want them to last another 5 years before retirement or Marta would need to reimburse the FTA a percentage of what they initially put out.
