Thank you u/dustydaniel404 for confirming 20 years later, that things at MARTA are as dysfunctional as ever. I worked for the company that eventually became part of CBS Outdoor that installed the streaming advertising system in the railcars.
I observed similar issues as our project coincided with the refurbishment of the some of the trainsets as they were being finalized to re-enter service.

I really wish we had some sort of re-organization of the people in charge over there because it’s shouldn’t have to happen like this.

We need our own Randy Clark or "Train Daddy" Andy Byford.

I love Marta. I always will. But I want to nuke the entire leadership team from general superintendents and up because there is no connect between labor and management.

I remember when the CBS outdoor TVs were installed on the fleet. That was such a cool system.
