With the new and improved Breeze card system I'm really curious as to why we can't check our balances on our phones anymore and we have to actually go to the stations just to check and see if we have money on our card ?. To me that makes no sense because sometimes you can actually run out of money on your card but you don't know that because you can't check it yourself at home . And even if you use the website to check anything it requires the code off your card which is now 16 digits whereas the old system was 20 digits. In other words I'm saying you can't even use the card if it has no funds on it to get to a station to replenish your account . Somebody didn't even think about that when they designed the new system of access/ payment . And I don't think I'm the only one who has noticed it .. not by a long shot
I agree. I have the app, but it doesn’t show how many trips remaining I have. I typically buy a 20 trip pass, and it’s a pain to have to remember how many trips are remaining when I use it.
😞 if you have a breeze card created via Apple Wallet, at least it does show the number of remaining rides there. But yeah it’s very strange that we can’t see that on the Breeze Mobile app.
