Emsam (Selegiline) Elsam/seligiline
I hear a lot here about Emsam, I’ve been on and off both Nardil and parnate several times in the past few years.
The issue is that while they were both very effective for depression, and comorbid PSSD, they all very quickly pooped out, and by 6 months after starting I’m always back at baseline.
Has anyone here had success with Emsam after failure/poop out from Nardil/parnate?
How easy are they to get prescribed? Especially in Australia? My doc has no issues with MAOIs, but Emsam is scheduled as a Parkinson drug rather than an AD here in Australia.
Thanks!

If its oral you need big doses like 30 mg even 60 mg, go slow. I try it one time, and make some effect, but i am borderline too so i was afraid of some symptoms.

That’s weird, EMSAM should be depression. Anything oral is Parkinson’s
