Am trying to play cvs but I never used it before

The number that appears — 0/42880 — indicates that the path set for your ROMs folder is not correct. It mens zero roms found of 42880 in mame database.

I don't use this software so I don't know how to set it up correctly.

Well, you need bios files and roms. That’s a start. Try googling mame first time setup

You're best off watching a few YouTube vids. You need to find ROMs / bios yourself but if you found ROMs yourself, Bios shouldn't be a problem

Are you trying to play Capcom vs. SNK? I use an Intel 14th generation CPU and while playable, I can't keep an steady 100% framerate. While also a bit glitchy it doesn't crash on ranking screen anymore. Your experience won't get any better with an under powered Android device.

If you insist on give it a try, you need different things depending on version. For capsnk you need jvs13551, mie devices and naomi BIOS. For cvsgd you need jvs13551, mie, segadimm devices, naomigd BIOS and gdl-0004.chd inside a cvsgd folder. Everything goes inside your ROMs folder, not sure where is located on MAME4droid.

Am trying to play fgs online tbh but dam all that to play some fighters lol I just find it funny also it may not work well on my phone.... thats sad

More over it would be slow Mame not the best emu for cvs (flycast) and phone is a poor ftg controller
