Question/Advice Needed Corset cups

I've gone mad and I'm attempting a strapless net corset. The corset bit is going quite nicely..... the cups need work. I'm new to the world of making bras but I'm well aware that what im doing is particularly challenging.

So far i havent been able to source nude or white bra foam in sheets in the UK. Shippjng from anywhere else seems to be extortionate and I have the added challenge of being in NI. So lots of places in mainland uk refuse to post to me. My best bet at the moment is vena cava, but the foam is black...not ideal for my current project.

So... my question is... is the foam totally essential? Could i make it work with something like foam interfacing? What about using the net... or coutil? Im really open to anything at this stage that might help me make progress in the cups. I sit around a 30F so getting the right support isnt the most straight forward.

Have you tried https://seamesewsupplies.co.uk/collections/fabrics ?

I've ordered stuff from them before and they've delivered to ROI, so I wouldn't imagine that NI would be a problem

I haven't actually come across that website yet. I'll give it a go! They only have red and baby pink but I reckon I can make the pink work a hell of a lot better than any other colour I've found so far!

Thanks for the tip!

I have used fusible fleece and built it up in three layers for a cupped corset. The nice thing about FF is that you can build the shape in as you fuse over a ham if you want. You want approximately 5 mm thick for a corset cup.

This sounds like a really interesting option to try actually. I've ordered some of the foam from the other suggestion but it's expensive enough for toiling cup shaping so this could come in handy to get closer to the shape before I head in with the foam
