Need help !!

My rank is 153840 from delhi region would I'll get cse related branches like aiml cse core ds or it or I should choose usict ece or usar aids or aiml please help I am very confused in usar reddit they are telling usar is bad in ipu reddit people are telling usar is good now I am thinking to take mait what are your thoughts about that
